I. There is a problem in society today. That problem is:
Abortion, there are many controversies about abortion and how the government should deal with it. Even though I am a democrat i see the Republican side too. I do believe that the mother should have the choice because it is her body, and the government should have no power over it. But i do believe that abortion after the first trimester shouldn't be allowed. After the first trimester the pregnancy is to far along in its process for it to be morally correct to abort the baby.
II. Facts that demonstrate that there is a problem are:
That 5 out of 10 pregnancies are unintentional and 4 out of the 10 of them are aborted. 52% of all abortions happen before the 9th week of pregnancy.
